Full Planning

Congratulations! You’ve just become engaged and now you’re ready to plan your dream wedding. However, with so much to consider, it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. With a Full Planning Package you get:

From date of contract:
  • Unlimited communication from date of contract
  • Initial Intake Meeting to set budget, date, and preferences
  • Provide a customized Google Sheet with common Wedding Planning Tasks Timeline/Checklist
  • Provide a comprehensive spreadsheet for tracking vendors, expenses, guest lists, etc.
Prior to wedding:
  • Status Update meetings help in-person or virtually
  • Provide recommendations and quotes for vendors
  • Review of Vendor contracts and details
  • Venue Walkthroughs and tours
  • Communication with all hired vendors including confirming balances and due dates
  • Attendance to vendor meetings for assistance and input
  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
  • Assist with creating a detailed Decor plan
  • Execute procuring items needed for wedding decor and set up
  • Plan Rehearsal Dinner
  • Set up meeting with Bride and Groom to review timelines and make any changes/updates as necessary
  • Contact all vendors listed on the contract to coordinate and schedule arrival times, delivery times, and/or set up times, as well as to go over day of timeline.
  • Picking up any necessary decorations, rentals, or wedding items

    Partial Planning

    We take your ideas and skillfully transform them into a stunning reality. With our expertise, we seamlessly merge the work you have already begun with our meticulous planning and coordination, creating a flawless wedding celebration.

    From date of contract:
    • Unlimited communication from date of contract
    • Provide a customized Google Sheet with common Wedding Planning Tasks Timeline/Checklist
    • Provide a comprehensive spreadsheet for tracking vendors, expenses, guest lists, etc.
    • Planning meetings to go over preferences and needs
    Prior to wedding:
    • Status Update meetings held in-person or virtually
    • Provide recommendations and quotes for vendors that are still needed
    • Review of Vendor contracts and details
    • Communication with all hired vendors including confirming balances and due dates
    • Attendance to vendor meetings for assistance and input
    • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors
    • Assistance with creating a detailed Decor plan
